Ease User Roles

Ease users can be assigned roles to control their level of access. The roles available to users are:

Ordering roles 

  • Order - The user can upload files and create projects; users with this role can save quotations, but need the "Approve Order" role to approve them.
  • View team orders - The user can view all orders created by users in their team.
  • View all orders - The user can view all orders created by users in their organization.
  • Approve Order - The user can approve quotes (created by themselves or others) and place orders in progress.

Costs & Invoices

  • View costs - The user can see costs for quoted and in progress projects; users without this role can create projects but not view the associated costs.
  • View my invoices - The user can view any invoices submitted by themself only.
  • View team invoices - The user can view all invoices submitted by users in their team.
  • View all invoices - The user can view all invoices submitted by users in their organization.

User account administration

  • Manage users and teams - The user can manage accounts - create new users, assign roles and manage teams.
